Our Ministries
In order to give the homeless a holistic concern, we provide outreaching services, hostel services, activity centre service and other development projects to them, responding to their physical, psychological , spiritual and social needs.
Outreach Service for Street Sleepers
We provides the homeless a series of services, including outreaches (night and mid-night), counselling, employment services and other support services, so they would no longer be homeless and reintegrate into the community
Outreach Service for People in poor housing
We provide services for those who live in poor housing, i.e. cubical apartments, rooftop housing, for example: Life reorganizing, provide resources, referral, assist in improving living conditions, etc. We hope to serve the community through home visitations, we aims to spread Christ’s love and care, with the joint power of the churches
Hostel Service (Male)
“Home of Abundant Grace” is located at Wong Chuk Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon and “Home of Grace” is located at Fuk Wing street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, there are 48 male bed spaces provided.
Hostel Service (Mother with young children)
“Home of Blessings” is located at Portland Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon and “Esther Lodge” is located at Nathan Road, Mongkok,Kowloon, there are 49 female & family bed-spaces provided.
Activity Centre
Our activity centre welcome those who live in hostels, people at risk of being homeless, those who are living in poor housing and ex-service users
Development Projects/Training
We aim at exploring service users’ potential talents and arousing their learning motivation. In order to increase their social capital, they are invited to join our tailor-made groups and training.
Our social housing project encourage the owners provide affordable housings to the unprivileged. We also encourage the participation from Churches.
Outreach Service for Street Sleepers

Service users will receive help or referral, basic services like facilities, food and materials will be arranged for them according to their needs.
Services Scope
1. Accommodation
We would arrange emergency shelters, temporary transit hostel, singles housing etc. or assist in renting cubicle apartments according to individual needs
2. Regular Outreaching Visits
We visit the homeless, proactively care and provide services to help them resolve their difficulties
3. Counselling referral
We provide individual counselling, faith consulting and help with welfare application rehabilitation and treatment referrals of kicking drug, alcohol and gambling habits
4. Employment resources services
We provide job referrals and retraining referrals. There will be newspaper, computer, fax machine, and phones in our centre to help the homeless to get a job
5. Activities centre facilities/services
We provide books, food and personal hygiene facilities. There will also be activities held and dental services provided
6. Gathering

We visit those who live in poor living environment regularly, proactively provide care and services to help solve the problems
2. Counselling & referrals
Individual counselling, faith consulting, various kinds of welfare application and rehabilitation and treatment referrals on alcohol, drugs and gambling addiction
3. Employment resources services
We provide job referrals and retraining referrals. There will be newspaper, computer, fax machine, and phones in our centre to help the homeless to get a job
4. Activities centre facilities/services
We provide books, food and personal hygiene facilities. There will also be activities held and dental services provided
5. Contacting family and Hospice care
We help those living in poor living environment to contact and reconstruct relationship with their family. We will also contact family members of the dying homeless, and will help take care of the homeless’ funeral
6. Other support (Resources support may be provided if applicable)
Male Hostel (Home of Abundant Grace / Home of Grace)

We aim at:
Helping the homeless get out of plight and map out their life again;
Through counselling and referrals, deal with personal problems;
Learn to get along with others in hostels, develop a supportive community;
Encourage faith learning, to restore their life values

18 years old or above,
Holders of Hong Kong permanent identity card,
Homeless / At risk of being homeless
Applicants should be capable of taking care of themselves, have stable mental state and have no bad habits such as drug abuse or alcohol addiction

Application Method (require at least 3 working day to process)
1. All qualified applicants may ask for referral through social worker or churches,
2. Once applications are received, we will arrange assessment for the applicant as soon as possible
3. Applicants will be formally admitted after medical check up
Service Charge
Service users of the Hostel should pay for food and rent; for those Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients will have to pay rent set by the Social Welfare Department
Termination of service
1.If applicants find the hostel service does not suit their need, they could ask for withdraw. We will arrange adequately if needed
2.If applicant cannot adopt to live in hostel after assessment, service agreement will be terminated
3. After assessment, if the applicant’s financial situation becomes stable, we will proceed departure arrangement

Female Hostel (Home of Blessings/Esther Lodge)
Home of Blessings and Esther Lodge are the transitory homes sit in the urban area. “Home of Blessings” is located at Portland Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon and “Esther Lodge” is located at Nathan Road, Mongkok,Kowloon, there are 49 female & family bed-spaces provided. They are established for single women who have financial problems, housing problems and crises for temporary stay. We would help service users to solve their problems via counselling and referrals. By developing social network between the service users, create supportive community for them. With the help of religion, we hope to help the service users to restore their life value and restart their life

In financial crises, unable to afford market rent or at risk of being homeless
**Applicants should be able to take care of themselves, mentally stable and have no bad habits
Accommodate period
3-6 months (According to individual situation)
Application
All applicants who meet the requirements should be referred via social workers or churches. Enquiry via phone call is preferred
Once applications are received, we will process as soon as possible

After assessment, if the goals/targets set by applicants and our workers have been achieved, we will proceed departure arrangement
If any applicants violate hostel rules or endanger others, we will reserve the right to terminate their services
Activity Centre
Our activity centre welcome those who live in hostels, people at risk of being homeless, those who are living in poor housing and ex-service users
Through various activities and fellowship gathering held, we wish to fulfil their physical, mental, spiritual and social needs, so as to help and sustain their growth
We aim to support departments, provide suitable services for those who need. They would receive immediate help or referrals, and would receive services that satisfy basic needs such as food supply and right to use facilities in the centre
